2、 How to contact the supervisor
(1) Collect the email information of the supervisor and prepare to sending an email.
(2) Attach materials in the email, schedule a time for interview or phone call.
(3) Prepare a letter of pre-acceptance from the supervisor. If you are accepted by the supervisor, get a signature from the supervisor.
Notes:
(1) Do not enter the supervisor's office without permission, or come to the office without an appointment.
(2) Do not ask the supervisor for the letter of pre-acceptance without attaching any materials in the email.
(3) Don't send emails until getting a full understanding of the supervisor.
