To summarize and showcase the effectiveness of Sino-foreign cooperative education andpromote the high-quality development ofthe programs, the Joint Conference on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education carried out evaluationof national Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions in 2025 based on theevaluation of excellent cases ofthe institutions in 2024. After multiple discussions and final approval by the Expert Committee and Presidium Meeting of the Joint Conference, 16 outstanding institutions and 12 excellent institutions were selected for this year, as listed below. Among them, Guangzhou Dublin International College of Life Science and Technology atSouth China Agricultural University was awarded the National Excellent Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Institution in 2025, being one of the fournewestinstitutions among the awardees.

Guangzhou Dublin InternationalCollege ofLife Science and TechnologyatSouth China Agricultural University is a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution jointly built by South China Agricultural University and University College Dublin, Ireland, which was officially approved by the Ministry of Education in April 2020. Over the past five years of operation, relying on the advantageous disciplines of the two universities, the college has integrated and co-constructed, actively built a talent training system in line with international standards, vigorously introduced high-quality foreign educational resources, promoted the "Double First-Class" construction of the university, established an international education highland facing the world, and cultivated high-level talents with both patriotism, international vision, and international competitiveness, providing talent support and intellectual guarantee for implementing the development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and serving the national and regional economic and social development. It was awarded the National Excellent Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Institution in June 2025.
