On the afternoon of April 24, Wang Jing, secretary of the Party Committee of Westa College of Southwest University, and other four members visited College of International Education for exchange and research. Shao Jiasheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of CIE, dean Feng Lixin and vice dean Hao Gang attended the meeting.

Dean Feng Lixin extended a warm welcome to Secretary Wang Jing and her delegation, and introduced the overall development of international education at South China Agricultural University, especially the construction and development of Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institutions. Wang Jing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Westa College of Southwest University, expressed her gratitude for the warm reception and introduced the development of Westa College of Southwest University. She also spoke highly of the international education of SCAU, especially the Sino-foreign cooperative education.

 During the meeting, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on the party building and ideological and political work, management system and mechanism of the institution, team building, enrollment and publicity work. Through this exchange and discussion, both sides learned about the advanced practices from each other, and hoped to further strengthen exchanges in the future, promote common development, and improve the high-quality development level of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
